By using the website and purchasing items from the online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All the items sold in Frankly My Dear onlinestore are second hand. They are in good condition and have practically no visible signs of usage. If some signs exist, we'll mention it in the product description. All items are sold as is.

Items are packed and dispatched from our shop in Helsinki, within 7 business days of ordering. Itella Oy takes care of shipping, and the delivery times are 7-14 business days for European countries, and outside Europe it takes about 14 business days. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage fees. If you order many items at once we group all your items in one order. All our orders are packed carefully to ensure that your items are well-protected.


Finland: We offer a 14-day cancellation right on all items. The 14-day cancellation period starts from the day after you receive your order. During the 14 days you can return your purchase, and get your money back! Frankly My Dear will take care of the shipping fee.

The EU: We offer a 7 day cancellation right on all items. The 7 day cancellation period begins on the day when you receive your purchase. Frankly My Dear refunds you, but please notice that you'll have to pay the shipping fee yourself.

Notice that you cannot use the items you wish to return, only try them on.
